Wish Ride 2009

We also met another great group of guys at the Rumble and Roar show. They're with the Munsville American Legion Riders and they are having a ride to benefit the Make a Wish Foundation. They are raffling a Harley and there's a ride the day of the drawing too. Aug 8, 2009. Ride leaves Dick's Harley Davidson of Rome at 11am sharp. Registration starts at 9am. 20.00 per person, 35.00 per couple. All proceeds of ride and raffle going to the Make a Wish foundation of CNY. Bikers United Winter Heat 2009

Ok, we went to the Rumble and Roar and met some great people!! One of them from Bikers United, which I must say is a great group of people supporting our troops, was telling me about this great event coming up. Its on Feb 7th 6pm-2am. Located at the United Inn, 1308 Buckley Rd, Brewerton NY. There will be food, live bands, door prizes, vibrator races, Undie 500 (lingerie tricycle races), best hot dish contest and a lot more!!! WELL, I SAID I WANTED IT, SO WE WENT TO SEE IT YESTERDAY AND IT CAME HOME WITH ME!! I WISH IT WAS SUMMERTIME SO I COULD TAKE IT FOR A RIDE, ITS LIKE MY SEESETR SAID, IM THE KID AT CHRISTMAS THAT GETS THE SHINY NEW BIKE AND CANT RIDE IT!!! HERES A COUPLE PICS, AND A VIDEO....WE PULLED THE BAFFLES OUT, THE VIDEO IS AFTER CRAIG DID IT. IM A PROUD MOMMA!!! ISNT THE COLOR COOL!! IT SWITCHES FROM GREEN, TO BLUE, TO PURPLE....I CANT WAIT FOR A NICE DAY SO I CAN SEE IT IN THE SUN!!

So, I found a bike I love! yeah, I know, I say I dont need a bike and It would be a waste for me cause I like ridin with Craig. Well, I saw, I like....so you know whats next!!! If you know me then you know I usually get what i want....spoiled rotten chick!!!
So, I will let ya'all know how it pans out, I will have to tighten the belt for a few months if so. Oh NO!!!! No eating out and shoppin for boredom cures!! well, like I said, we'll see.

So, I got a gift certificate from Craig, my BF, for Christmas for a tattoo. Its for THE BODY SHOP in Cortland, this chick there does great tats, I definatley will go to her again and again, her name ( I apologize if I spell it worng) is Alesia.

I have no idea what to get!! I have surfed pics all day to no evail
I have a big one of a butterfly on my back, it is a symbol of a new life to me. Like the caterpillar turns into a butterfly, i have changed in the last year also. I got that one in may for my Birthday, my seester paid for it as a surprise!! So, now what!!!????
I have one on my ankle from when I was 16 and stupid, could use a cover up, or Id like to get one as a tribute to my dad, he is deceased. Or id like to get a Taurus symbol somewhere....the posibilities are endless!!
or I could just add to the butterfly, so....
anyone have any ideas, feel free to let me know what ya think!!

New year is here!!

Well, here it is!! 2009!

I am starting a blog so you can see how my year pans out. Hope its a good one!!

I will be posting any upcoming rides and benefits we find and feel free to post any you know about too. I know its early to be thinking about riding here in NY, but believe me, we are all wishing it was sunny and 80!!

I already have started planning our trip to daytona and cant wait!!

I already found a cool thing to do on a cold day here in central NY. Its the Rumble and Roar Motorcycle and Accessory Show in Syracuse. Its on jan 23-25 at the Syracuse On Center.
